Project description
The main objective of the DELFIN project is to develop a laminar flow empennage to maximize environmental and economic efficiency in aviation, leading technological innovation in sustainable and efficient aeronautical structures.
The DELFIN project has the clear ambition of achieving the greatest possible impact in terms of efficiency and sustainability. Additionally, the project will lead innovation in aeronautical structures, highlighting a commitment to eco-efficient technologies that can positively influence the entire sector.
The DELFIN project plans to prepare production systems to be capable of meeting the market demands foreseen for the next 20 years, during which it will be necessary to achieve production rates never before seen in the sector.
These two combined challenges, based on eco-efficiency and productivity, undoubtedly constitute one of the biggest challenges for the national and international aeronautical industry, which is why the DELFIN project is key to responding to the demands of the aeronautical sector in the coming years.
