CETACEO

AIRBUS DEFENCE AND SPACE participates in the development of the project Concepts and Studies for Zero Emission Transport Aircraft - CETACEO. The project is framed within the need to reach a level of technology and knowledge that allows the development of more efficient transport aircraft focused on reducing CO₂ emissions, centering on A/C platform, more efficient systems and integration of reduced emission propulsion systems.

This project has been granted by CDTI, with the support of the Ministry of Science and Innovation, with file number PTAG-20231008 through the call for the year 2022 of the procedure for granting aid for Strategic Sectorial Business Innovation Initiatives (“Programa Tecnológico Aeronáutico”), within the framework of the “Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia” (financed by Next Generation EU funds, including the “Mecanismo de Recuperación y Resiliencia”) and the “Programa Estatal para la Catalizar la Innovación y el Liderazgo Empresarial del Plan Estatal de Investigación Científica y Técnica y de Innovación 2021-2023” program.
